Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, Premier Logistics Solutions is a full service 3PL with four facilities in the Charleston, SC market of upwards of 800,000 square feet of space, rail served via CSX at three buildings, our own trucks and trailers, as well as a brokerage group. Premier was founded in 2003 as a result of an acquisition that created one of the region’s largest third-party logistics companies, offering a suite of fully integrated, value-added services. Premier specializes in warehousing ambient food, hazmat, chemicals, resin, etc. products, as well as bulk transloading (rail, bulk truck, etc.).
In December 2021, Premier was acquired by NOVA Infrastructure, an infrastructure investment firm that targets middle market opportunities in transportation, environmental services, energy and energy transition, communications and other infrastructure sectors primarily in North America. This acquisition created the pivotal opportunity for Premier to continue expanding and honing the business we do well. As a result of the acquisition, both Premier Logistics Solutions Warehousing, LLC and Premier Logistics, LLC now operate as a subsidiary of Harbor Logistics.
